The Living-Power Deck

Fifty-two building the rival gospel · the rank is the value
∞ How to read the deck A true 52-card deck of the living — only people who hold power in this movement right now, in 2026. Transhumanism is not a church but, in our house's reading, a rival gospel — resurrection without repentance; so its "clergy" are its founders, its builders, and its money. The four suits are four kinds of present power, and the rank is the value — Ace the summit of that kind, down through King, Queen, Jack, 10 … 2. Rank is one house's reading of a figure's weight, not a verdict on the person. Two honest notes: the ♦ builders mostly do not carry the transhumanist banner — they are building the means the gospel requires; and the ♣ watchmen are its counter-force, not its adherents — the safety camp and the critics who name where it leads.
♠ Spades — The Prophets. Living founders & philosophers of the creed.
♦ Diamonds — The Builders. Those constructing AGI, longevity & neurotech.
♥ Hearts — The Patrons. The capital behind the project.
♣ Clubs — The Watchmen. The safety camp & the movement's own critics.
✓ Every one of the 52 was verified online as living and active on 2026-07-24. The check caught that Bostrom's Oxford institute (FHI) closed in 2024, that Open Philanthropy was renamed Coefficient Giving in 2025, and that a would-be "BioViva" card matched a different, deceased person by name — so it was cut. Offices and orgs decay; re-verify each name at every audit.
