### Its timeline
- 1968 NCLC founded out of the student left.
- 1973 Operation Mop-Up — LaRouche orders physical attacks on rival left groups.
- 1986 FBI raids in Leesburg, Virginia.
- 16 DECEMBER 1988 LaRouche convicted of conspiracy to commit mail fraud over more than 30 million dollars in defaulted loans, of mail fraud, and of conspiring to defraud the IRS; sentenced to 15 years.
- 26 JANUARY 1994 Released on parole after five years.
- 27 MARCH 2003 Jeremiah Duggan, 22, dies after running into traffic on a road in Wiesbaden. German prosecutors say they are certain it was suicide. A British inquest that year records that he had earlier been IN A STATE OF TERROR.
- MAY 2010 After his mother's legal challenges, the High Court orders a new inquest.
- 2015 THE SECOND INQUEST REJECTS SUICIDE. The coroner, Andrew Walker, finds unexplained injuries suggesting Duggan may have been in an altercation before he died, and that the conference may have put him at risk from members of the organisation.
- 2019 LaRouche dies. The SCHILLER INSTITUTE — founded by Helga Zepp-LaRouche in 1984 and the movement's principal front organisation — continues under her leadership.
- 2020s Zepp-LaRouche also leads the German party Bürgerrechtsbewegung Solidarität (BüSo). The network runs a continuous programme of livestreamed dialogues on nuclear escalation, Davos, and ceasefire diplomacy.
- 8–9 NOVEMBER 2025 A Paris conference co-sponsored with France's Solidarité et Progrès, the third such gathering of the year, devotes its second day to BUILDING AN INTERNATIONAL YOUTH MOVEMENT around LaRouche's ideas — an explicit generational-succession project, seven years after his death.

### Erica Duggan
—
Campaigner; mother of Jeremiah Duggan · born c.1938 · active 2003–present
Before the law. Not a party to any criminal proceeding — she forced the inquest that changed the record.
Where things stand. THIS FILE CANNOT CONFIRM HER PRESENT STATUS. She would be 88. NO SOURCE CONSULTED CARRIES ANY REPORT OF HER — or of the Justice for Jeremiah campaign — SINCE ABOUT 2019, and no death record was found either. What is documented: she ran the Jeremiah Duggan Memorial Fund and the Justice for Jeremiah campaign for well over fifteen years, and in 2012 the German HIGHER REGIONAL COURT ordered the Wiesbaden police to properly investigate the circumstances of her son's death. 'Living in the United Kingdom' was previously stated here as present fact; it is now recorded as her last documented position.
- 27 March 2003 Jeremiah Duggan dies in Wiesbaden after fleeing a LaRouche conference.
- 2003 German police rule it suicide.
- 2003–2015 She pursues the case through German, British and European legal channels.
- MAY 2010 The High Court orders a new British inquest.
- 2015 THE SECOND INQUEST, under the coroner Andrew Walker, REJECTS SUICIDE, citing unexplained injuries that suggest he may have been in an altercation.
