TST commissions a bronze of the goat-headed Baphomet and offers it for installation beside Ten Commandments monuments on public land in Oklahoma and Arkansas. The Oklahoma monument is removed by court order in 2015; the point is made in both cases. - 2016 CE After School Satan Clubs launched; litigation over district refusals follows, and TST wins in Pennsylvania in 2023. - 2019 CE The IRS grants TST church status, which the organisation had initially declined to seek and then pursued specifically to demonstrate that religious privilege is available to anyone. - 2020–present Legal challenges to abortion restrictions in Missouri, Texas and Idaho framed as religious liberty claims; results have been mixed and mostly unsuccessful in court, though the arguments have drawn substantial attention. - 2019 CE The documentary Hail Satan? brings the organisation to a wide audience. - 2020s CE Internal criticism and departures over leadership decisions and legal strategy; ongoing public confusion with the Church of Satan, which the two organisations have publicly disputed. ### Sources Not yet checked against named sources.
